1. Drive Valet Parking Services is not a limousine company.
  2. We provide only chauffeur’s for the guests and not a car with chauffeur.
  3. The information you have provided for your booking may be updated upon further communication
  4. The information provided shall be used for marketing and advertisement purposes by Safety Drive.
  5. Please note your booking may include service only within the city area of selected emirate(s) unless otherwise specified by Safety Drive. Additional payment may incur in case of any trip starting or ending outside the emirate’s city area or border area.
  6. Upon submitting a booking request, an email will be sent to the registered email address. Driver details will be sent by SMS and Email 5 hours before your journey. Please contact us on [email protected] in case you have not received any update. We are not liable for any communication missed by the user / Guest or undelivered on the contact details provided.
  7. The guest is equally responsible for contacting/finding the driver once the driver’s contact information is shared by SMS / Email.
  8. Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours from pick-up time. Cancellations within 12 hours from booking time are subject to zero refund.
  9. Booking modifications (time / pick-up location / chauffeur) are subject to availability. They may incur additional charges. Booking modifications within 24 hours from booking time are subject to AED 40 as “Change Fee”.
  10. Complimentary wait time is included in the cost. Free 15 minutes for all pick-up locations are included in the price. AED 40 per 30 minutes additional waiting time is chargeable.
  11. All Parking charges towards vehicle parking have to be borne by the client, if in case the charges are borne by our chauffeur then the client will be charged at actuals as per Parking Tickets.
  12. Please note for extra usage (charges mentioned in booking request email or as per actuals), payment has to be made directly to the driver in cash or made online before the start of the trip.
  13. No show is subject to zero refund. If the Guest is unfound, unreachable or unavailable at the assigned pick-up location and pick-up time, the booking may be canceled without any refund.
  14. If the journey is outside the selected (paid for) emirates’ city area or border, at least AED 125 / emirate will be incurred during the trip. The amount must be paid to the driver in cash.
  15. For daily chauffeur service, our hourly time slots are 3, 5, 10 and 12. Any excess of the chosen slot will be calculated as per the next time slot.
  16. The total trip time for Designated Drivers is 2 hours anything more than that will be calculated at an excess amount of AED 50 per hour.
  17. The bookings will only be confirmed after the payments are made online.
  18. Safety Drive has the right to cancel bookings for which no payments have been received.
  19. Any changes to be made for duty timings for chauffeurs has to be communicated with the operations team immediately
  20. Safety Drive will not be liable for any loss of personal belongings from the car, while the car is in the possession of our chauffeur. Guests are requested to take their personal belongings (Mobile, wallets, credit/debit cards, and any other electronic items) with them when they leave the car.
  21. Additional payments and charges must be settled in cash or online, with the driver (chauffeur) before the end of the trip.
  22. In case of accidents on the road Safety Drive Chauffeurs are not liable for any amount to be paid towards repairing the car. The guest will have to cover the damages using their own vehicle Insurance.
  23. Safety Drive Chauffeurs will also not be liable for any Salik toll or Salik fines incurred on the guest’s vehicles.
  24. If there are any speeding fines on the car while the car is in possession of Safety Drive Chauffeurs then the client will have to furnish proof of the same and the same will be borne by the company.
  25. Guests have to sign the driver charge sheet at the start and end of every duty, any unsigned charge sheet will be considered as proof of job done and the guest will be liable for payments as per the charge sheet.
  26. Any Mistreatment or foul language used by the guests towards our chauffeur will be treated with extreme action and a charge of up to AED 2000 will be levied on the Guest which can be amicably disputable in the court of law.
  27. Safety Drive reserves the right to deny Service to particular Guests to any/all of its Services without any prior notice/explanation to protect the interests of Safety Drive Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law,
  28. Safety Drive aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the equivalent of the amount for the payment of the Services.
  29. Safety Drive shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing Services where such failure arises as a result of any act or omission, which is outside our reasonable control such as unprecedented circumstances, overwhelming and unpreventable events caused directly and exclusively by forces of nature that can be neither anticipated, nor controlled, nor prevented by the exercise of prudence, diligence, and care, including but not limited to war, riot, civil commotion; compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction and acts of third parties ( “Force Majeure” ).
  30. Safety Drive does not procure insurance for, nor are we responsible for, damage or loss of any personal belongings or intellectual property whilst providing the Services. These include tapes, records, discs or other similar audiovisual or data electronic devices, any speed measuring equipment within the vehicle or any other accessories of any kind. It is your responsibility to ensure that you remove any personal belongings from the car before and after each Safety Drive service
